The Association of homeowners, known as RISA, manages the business of the Town. Current dues of $35 per month includes weekly trash collection, street lights; community property expenses of taxes, insurance, utilities, and improvements. The ONLY reason dues are only $35/mo. is that the majority of routine maintenance is performed by volunteers.

All Ryderwood homes are individually-owned and ownership is legally restricted  to those over 55 years of age. Maruta Hiegel is a local Windermere Realtor who lives in town. Websites such as Zillow and Trulia are a source for properties that are currently for sale.
